On behalf of the Tajik President Mavzuna Chorieva, who won bronze medal at the Women’s World Boxing Championship, was awarded keys to VAZ-2107.

According to the Tajik Government’s Youth, Sport and Tourism Committee, keys to the car were handed to Chorieva on May 21.

Furthermore, Chorieva was handed money awards and prizes from other national companies.

On May 15 Tajik sportswoman managed to qualify for the 2012 London Olympic Games when she won her quarter-final fight against Antonina Shevchenko from Kyrgyzstan at the Women’s World Boxing Championship in Qinhuangdao, China.

Chorieva won bronze medal and lost to the acting world champion Katy Taylor from Ireland.
