DUSHANBE, June 30, 2012, Asia-Plus — On Friday June 29, Mr. Sharif Said, head of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), and Ms. Nasreen Ghaffariyan, representative of Iran’s Kayson Company, signed here a memorandum of cooperation on construction of an international exhibition center in Tajikistan.
“Kayson will finance the construction of the exhibition center,” Ms. Ghaffariyan told Asia-plus in an interview. According to her, the estimated budget for construction of the center is some 65 million U.S. dollars. The center, with 10,000 to 15,000 square meters in space, will be built in the suburbs of Dushanbe. The complex will consist of an administrative building and three pavilions.
Kayson is a privately held engineering and construction company providing design, management, procurement and construction services to develop, engineer & build projects for customers both in Iran and overseas. Established in 1987, Kayson has handled numerous projects of all sizes and complexities over the past thirty-five years.
