DUSHANBE, June 29, 2012, Asia-Plus — A minor earthquake measuring 2.0 on a 12-point scale jolted Tajik capital today morning, at 7:07 am, the Dushanbe seismological station said.
Centered 110 kilometers southeast of Dushanbe and 32 kilometers southwest of Kulob, the tremor could be felt in some other regions of the country as well.
In the epicenter, the quake’s magnitude was reportedly 4.0-5.0 and in the city of Kulob, its magnitude was 4.0. No damage or injured was reported, according to the source.
