KULOB, February 16, Asia-Plus – Eleven fires have occurred in the Kulob region of Khatlon since the beginning of the year.
Head of the Kulob firefighting service, Izzatullo Shoyev, has told Asia-Plus in nine cases that main cause of the fires was irregular use of self-made heating appliances.
