“We believed that we will be able to organize the mortgage crediting in the country quickly but it proved to be complex work,” Alimardonov said, noting that this process needs long-term loans for the period from

to 15 years.  

According to him, the funds the country’s banks have are enough only for providing short-term loans.   At present

“All the organizational issue will have been solved by the end of this year and project will be launched in 2007,” the NBT head said.
