DUSAHNBE, May 26, Asia-Plus – Rectors of commercial institutes (higher education institutions on commerce) from member nations making up the CIS have gathered in
Dushanbe
to attend the 9
th
session of the CIS council of rectors of commerce institute that opened here today.
According to information from
Tajikistan
’s
State
Commerce
University
, representatives from several higher education institutions of the
Russian Federation
, as well as senior representatives from commerce institutes of
Azerbaijan
,
Belarus
and
Ukraine
arrived in
Tajikistan
to attend the session.
The session is considering problems and prospects of training of personnel under present socioeconomic conditions. Participants at the meeting are also discussing issues related to quality of training of personnel, methods of raising quality of education as well as exchanging views on research works.
Tajik Education Minister Abdujabbor Rahmonov is also attending the session.
