, has told Asia-Plus that Zafar Saidov, director of the National News Agency “Khovar”, handed over to the museum a pen by which the General Peace Agreement was signed in

For his part, Mr. Zafar Saidov, who that time had been presidential press secretary, has told Asia-Plus that “it turned out that the documents were signed by one of my pens.”
