DUSHANBE, February 14, Asia-Plus – A republican fair of seedlings and flower seeds will be held in the Dusti Park in Dushanbe on February 17.
Deputy Agriculture and Environmental Protection Minister, Abduvohid Karimov, said that nurseries from Sughd, Khatlon and districts subordinate to the center (RRP) will put on display their output. “It will the first such a large-scale fair of seedlings and flower seeds in the republic,” said the deputy minister, “More than 5000,000 seedlings alone will be put on display in the upcoming fair.”
Mouqim Ahmadov, the head of the department for organization of fairs and exhibitions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection (MoAEP), said that prices of seedlings and seeds to be realized in the fair will be 20 percent lower than the current market prices.
