DUSHANBE, April 16, Asia-Plus — Lithuanian Foreign Minister Petras Vaitiekunas is arriving in Tajikistan today for an official three-day visit.
According to information posted on the Tajik MFA website, a group of Lithuanian officials and entrepreneurs are accompanying him on this trip.
During his stay in Dushanbe, Vaitiekunas is scheduled to meet with President Emomali Rahmon, Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan’s upper chamber of parliament) Chairman Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev, First Deputy Prime Minister, Asadullo Ghulomov, and his Tajik counterpart, Hamrokhon Zaripov.
A forum with participation of representatives from Tajik and Lithuanian business communities is supposed to be held in Dushanbe on April 17.
