DUSHANBE, July 5, Asia-Plus – Gazeta.ru – According to figures provided by the CIS Interstate Committee for Statistics, over the first six months of the year, Tajikistan has stood in third place among CIS states in terms of rates of the industrial production growth, passing Kazakhstan and Russia.
Azerbaijan has topped CIS in the industrial production growth rates. The rate of the industrial production growth in Azerbaijan has been 36.1 percent over the report period, in Ukraine – 12.1 percent, in Tajikistan – 8.4 percent, Kazakhstan – 8.1 percent, Belarus – 7.7 percent, and Russia – 7.7 percent.
The lowest rate of industrial production growth has been reported in Armenia – 1.2 percent.
