DUSHANBE, August 1, Asia-Plus — Two plays and a film story by Tajik playwright Barot Abdurahmon, united in one book entitled “Rukhshona”, has been brought out in Dushanbe.
The plays “Rukhshona” and “Mistake of Alexander of Macedonia” and the film story “” Sword and Love” tell history of campaigns of Alexander the Great to Bactria and Sogdiana, and struggle of local inhabitants under command of legendary Spitamen for independence.
The book published under financial support of Sayfullo Fattoyev, top manager of the Dushanbe company Jamshed & Co, has a circulation of 1,000 copies.
