DUSHANBE, August 15, 2008, Asia-Plus — The 10th grade student from Kulob Jumakhon Habibulloyev was detained near the Dushanbe railway station yesterday on suspicion of having been involved in drug pushing, according to press service of the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
Some one kilogram of marijuana was confiscated from the high school student, the press service said.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Jumakhon Habibulloyev and an investigation is under way,
