DUSHANBE, September 23, 2008, Asia-Plus — Officers from the Roudaki police department have solved a brutal killing of local woman that was committed on September 16, Mahmadullo Asadulloyev, a spokesman for the Ministry of Interior (MoI) told Asia-Plus today.
According to him, a 33-year-old Abduasalom Odinayev has been arrested on suspicion of having killed a 52-year-old Lidiya Azizova.
“The preliminary investigation has established that Odinayev beat her to death on September 16, following quarrel,” the spokesman said.
