DUSHANBE, November 5, 2008, Asia-Plus — Dushanbe’s municipal authorities have reintroduced passenger transport ticketing system.
According to the passenger transport service directorate, reintroduction of the passenger transport ticketing system will promote improvement of registration of means and transparency in the passenger transport sphere.
We will recall that the passenger transport ticketing system had been in Tajikistan until the early 1990s. It was paralyzed during the civil war in the country.
