Russia and Kyrgyzstan elaborate a range of energy bills to be signed, the Russian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Valentin Vlasov told reporters today.
Mostly it consists of agreements reached during the recent official visit of the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to Kyrgyzstan. The diplomat reminded that Medvedev’s visit resulted into seven joint bills, including governmental agreements between the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan.
Vlasov has also noted that before the parties were not ready for this kind of cooperation, and now it is just the right time.
