DUSHANBE, December 16, 2008, Asia-Plus — By government’s resolution of December 15 Ms. Davlatbi Muminova, vice-chancellor of Qurghon Teppa State University, was appointed as principal of Presidential Lyceum for Talented Children, replacing Zuvaydullo Shamsuddinov, who was retired for age reasons, according to presidential press service.
By other government’s resolution, Qadamjon Safiyev, was appointed to head the State Communications Regulatory Service within the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MoTC), replacing Anorjon Zokirova.
