The delegation of the US congressmen will arrive in Astana on August 8 to discuss expansion of bilateral cooperation.
The head of the press service of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Ilyas Omarov, informed at the briefing, the “Kazakhstan Today” agency reports. “The group of the American congressmen headed by the leader of the Republican minority in the House of Representatives of the Congress, John Boehner, will visit Astana,” I. Omarov informed.
“During the negotiations, the delegation of transatlantic legislators will discuss the questions of inter-parliamentary cooperation with the officials of our country, expansions of trade and economic relations, and maintenance of global energy security,” he informed.
