KHUJAND, February 8, 2001, Asia-Plus  — Residents, entrepreneurs, enterprises ad organizations in the Sughd province have bout shares in Roghun for a total 155.307 million somoni since January 6, when the government started to sell Roghun shares to people to raise funds to complete construction of the Roghun HPP, the source at the Sughd commission to support the construction of the Roghun HPP told Asia-Plus on Saturday, February 6.

According to him, the Khujand residents and enterprises have bought shares for 26.43 million somoni, Isfara – 14.616 million somoni, Istaravshan – 15.18 million somoni, Asht – 8.426 million somoni, Bobojonghfurov – 27.456 million somoni, Chkalovsk – 6.758 million somoni, Panjakent – 7.163 million somoni, Konibodom – 11.311 million somoni, Mastchoh – 4.516 million somoni, and Ayni – 2.492 million somoni.
