DUSHANBE, February 15, 2010, Asia-Plus — President Emomali Rahmon is receiving visiting Afghan Minister of Energy Muhammad Ismail Khan today, according to presidential press service.
The sides are expected to discuss issues related to implementation of the Central Asia South Asia Electricity Transmission and Trade Project (CASA-1000).
According to the MFA information department, the Afghan energy minister is also scheduled to hold talks with senior representative from Tajikistan’s ministry of energy and industries.
