DUSHANBE, July 15, 2010, Asia-Plus — Customs officers have seized some one kilograms of hashish at the Dushanbe airport, the Customs Service press service reported on July 15.
An inspection of passengers on the Dushanbe-Yekaterinburg (Russia) flight found hashish hidden in two kilograms of raisins belonging to the 20-year-old resident of Dushanbe Suhrob Qurbonov.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Qurbonov and an investigation is under way.
