DUSHANBE, September 27, 2010, Asia-Plus –The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a bill requiring amendments to the country’s law “On the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan” at a September 27 meeting, presided over by its speaker, Shukurjon Zuhurov.
According to the Majlisi Namoyandagon press service, the board also considered amendments to the Constitutional Law “On Local Public Administration” as well as laws on social care of disabled people, natural resources, etc.
All these issues will be considered at a sitting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the fourth convocation on October 1, the press service said.
