KULOB, January 11, 2012, Asia-Plus  — One more dormitory area of the city of Kulob has been connected to the gas supply pipeline.

Deputy Kulob Mayor, Rustam Nematov, says it has become possible due to increase in supply of natural gas from the Baljuvon field.

“Hasan-K public association has managed to restore several gas wells and increase the daily supply of natural gas to the city from 4,500 to 10,000 cubic meters,” the deputy meter said, noting that natural gas will be supplied to the Kulob brickworks as well.
