Z.T., a 41-year-old resident of Vakhdat city, was arrested by the police on suspicion of stealing construction materials from construction site of Roghun HPP.
According to Tajik Interior Ministry, the arrested driver of a cement truck suspected of stealing more than 6 tons of cement worth nearly 6000 Somoni.
“The police received information about theft through telephone of trust,” Tajik Interior Ministry stressed.
