Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloev ordered the Department for Capital Construction to design a trilateral agreement for construction of a complex of tall houses with service and trade centers and underground parking on Rudaki Avenue next to the Tajik Medical University.
As reported by the Dushanbe Mayor’s Office, the agreement on preparation of financial documentation for the construction of one 12-storey, two 14-storey and one 16-storey houses is expected to be signed by the Dushanbe Mayor’s Office, the Department for Capital Construction and Rostovhyproshaht Co Ltd from Rostov-on-Don.
Dushanbe Mayor’s Office will allocate 4mln 156.500 Somoni for the design of the project, the source has said.
