Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsayeed Ubaidulloev appointed former Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Tajikistan Rafika Musoeva Director of the Dushanbe Plaza state business center, a spokesman for Dushanbe Mayor Shavkat Sayeedov told AP.

Since 2001 to 2003 Rafika Musoeva, candidate of technical sciences and ex deputy of the Supreme Council of Tajikistan, served as Tajik Minister of Labor and Social Protection. Currently she chairs the Tajik Energy Workers Association.
