DUSHANBE, July 24, 2012, Asia-Plus – Communication lines to Gorno Badakhshan have been cut off.
A reliable source in the Tajik government says communications lines to Gorno Badakhshan have been cut off by order of the Communications Service under the Government of Tajikistan since a special operation to break up illegal armed formation in Khorog, the administrative center of Gorno Badakhshan started Tuesday morning.
