This book, authored by Abdufattorh Sharifzoda (presidential spokesman) and Abdullo Ghafurov and edited by academician Rahim Masov, was published in English and French on September 28 by the Brussels-based news and consulting company, Big Media Group, under the same title (“the Architect of Peace”, “L’Architecte de la Paix”).

The presentation ceremony was attended by Saidahmad Odinayev, Vice-President of the Academy of Tajikistan, Thieu Cuypers, President of Big Media Group, Rahim Masov, Director of the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography, and some other known foreign and Tajik researchers and experts.

According to Tajik president’s press office, “The Architect of Peace” is dedicated to the multidimensional work of Emomali Rahmon in the post of the President of Tajikistan during the 20 years of independence of the country.  The book reportedly reflects first and foremost Rahmon’s tireless efforts to bring peace and national accord to Tajik society, return refugees and internally displaced persons and establish state structure of the country.
