DUSHANBE, November 17, 2013, Asia-Plus – On Thursday November 14, Tajik Ambassador to France Homidjon Nazarov presented credentials to President of France François Hollande, according to the Tajik MFA information department.

At a meeting that was held after the credentials presentation ceremony, the sides reportedly discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and France.

They also discussed issues related to the current political and social situation in the region and in Afghanistan.

Ambassador Nazarov reportedly noted that Tajikistan attached significance to cooperation with France, which was its reliable partner in Europe.
