DUSHANBE, November 22, 2013, Asia-Plus – Russia interagency commission yesterday visited the Drug Control Agency (DCA) under the President of Tajikistan.

The DCA press center reports the main purpose of the visit is for the delegation to assess the results of assistance provided by the United Nations agencies and determine the perspective directions of cooperation.

Tajik drug control chief Rustam Nazarov briefed the guests on activities of Tajik counternarcotics agency, its cooperation with other law enforcement authorities of Tajikistan in combating drug trafficking, and the current drug situation in the country.
