DUSHANBE, November 22, 2013, Asia-Plus — The 6th congress of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) took place at the Kokhi Jomi State Complex in Dushanbe on November 21.

According to the CCI press center, 420 delegates from enterprises, commercial organizations and banks that are members of the CCI also representatives from president’s office attended the congress.

Academician Mamadsho Ilolov, President of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Mr. Mehmet Munis Derik, Turkey’s Ambassador to Tajikistan, Mr. Boris Perfilyev, Vice-President of Kyrgyzstan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions of Belarus, China, and Ukraine also attended the congress.

Tajik CCI head Sharif Said reported on the results of work of the CCI in 2008-2013.

Mr. Sharif Said was reelected chairperson of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mr. Asanali Karamaliyev and Ms. Larisa Kislyakova were reelected deputy chairpersons of the Chamber.
