DUSHANBE, November 23, 2013, Asia-Plus — By government’s decree published on November 23 Sulton Rahimov, formerly First Deputy Minister of Land Reclamation and Water Resources, was appointed First Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources.
Poulod Muhiddinov, formerly First Deputy Minister of Energy and Industry, was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy and Water Resources.
We will recall that by president’s decree published on November 19 the Ministry of Energy and Industry is reorganized into the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources.
