DUSHANBE, November 23, Asia-Plus – Ms. Makhfirat Khidirova, formerly deputy of Tajikistan’s lower house (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament also head of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) faction in the Majlisi Namoyandagon, was appointed to head the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan, replacing Sumangul Taghoyeva.
An appropriate government’s decree on this subject was signed on November 23.
We will recall that Sumangul Taghoyeva was appointed Minister of labor, Migration and Population Employment on November 20.
