DUSHANBE, April 16, 2015, Asia-Plus — Chairman of the Supreme Court of Tajikistan, Nusratullo Abdullozoda, has been retired for age reasons, according to the Tajik president’s official website.
Nusratullo Abdullozoda had been on this position since December 2006.
Head of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda (CCER), Shermuhammad Shohiyon, has been recommended for the post of head of the Supreme Court of Tajikistan.
Besides, the first deputy head of the Supreme Court, Mahmoudjon Ashourov, has been retired for age reasons and Abdulhofiz Ashourzoda, who had previously served as the first deputy chairman of the Dushanbe City Court, has been recommended to replace him.
Judge at the Constitutional Court of Tajikistan, Abdullojon Abdulloyev, has been retired for age reasons and Davron Ashourzoda has been recommended to replace him.
Judge at the Constitutional Court, Karim Karimzoda, has been recommended for the position of the first deputy head of the Constitutional Court.
Deputy Chairman of the Higher Economic Court of Tajikistan, Ms. Marodbegim Shirinjon, and four judges at the Higher Economic Court have been retired for age reasons.
Ms. Zebuniso Abdulloyeva has been recommended to the position of the first deputy head of the Higher Economic Court and six young judges with five years of experience have been recommended to the positions of judges at the Higher Economic Court.
In all, 19 employees of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the Higher Economic Court have been retired for age reasons and 23 young specialists have been recommended for positions of judges at these courts.
