Dushanbe. 27 August. “Asia Plus” — As a result of a joint operation by the customs officers and the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption in Tajikistan, on suspicion of involvement in drug trafficking was detained a senior assistant of the military commissioner of the Khorog city Sharaf Sedshoev.
As reports the press center of the customs authorities of Tajikistan, the detainee has purchased a large batch of drugs for $3 thousand 500 from the Afghan citizen, and handed them over to transport in Dushanbe to his friend Sarwar Imomdodov. The last one has stored the drugs in his rented apartment in the capital.
Sedshoev and Imomdodov were arrested while selling the drugs. They kept more than 14 kilograms of hashish in the spare wheels of the car “Tayota Kemri”.
