As said the spokesman for the power of “Barki Tojik” Nozir Yodgorov, M. Ismailov in December last year, was appointed on the position of the director of “Energy networks in Dushanbe,” which is now subordinated to “Barki Tojik”.
Before being appointed on the Director of JSC “Energy networks in Dushanbe” position, M. Ismailov headed the energy networks of Kulob region of Khatlon area.

According to him, father of M. Ismailov – Ibrokhim Ismailov in the years of Soviet power was the only Tajik, headed the energy networks in the region, Khatlon substation was named after him.
