Dushanbe. 28 August. “Asia Plus” —  Parliamentary delegation led by Speaker of the lower chamber of the Tajik parliament Shukudzhonom Zuhurov will leave for New York tonight. There parliamentarians will take part in the Fourth World Conference of Heads of Parliaments, which will last until September 5.

As said the spokesman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan Muhammadato Sultonov, the delegation includes Heads of committees of the lower house of parliament Olimjon Salimzoda, Abdulrahim Kholikzoda, the Deputy of Dilshod Ismatulloev.

According to him, the above-mentioned conference will be held at the residence of the United Nations, chaired by the President of the World Inter-Parliamentary Union Saber Chaudlhari.

The speaker of the lower house of the Tajik parliament will speak at the conference on September 1 on “The establishment of democracy will serve peace and development.”
