Qatar national flag air carrier expected to employ customer services agents in Tajikistan

DUSHANBE, March 28, 2016, Asia-Plus – Qatar Airways is expected to employ specialists for its ground service in Tajikistan.

According to the company’s website, a delegation of Qatar Airways will arrive in Dushanbe in mid-April to discuss this issue.

Qatar Airways’ website says, “We are looking for Customer Services Agent with natural flair of delivering unforgettable service to all passengers travelling with Qatar Airways at Hamad International Airport.  This includes the feeling that the journey has been memorable throughout and be able to constantly and consistently meet / surpass the needs of the passengers.  Fresh graduate with hospitality background are welcome, as well as applicants with work experience in the field of customer service, hotel and travel industry. Airport experience is an advantage but not necessary.  Applicants must have warm, cheerful and expressive personality, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patience with different passengers coming from different walks of life.”

The specialists will be selected on a competitive basis in three stages: 1) through online system, 2) through interview (April); and 3) practical training in Qatar (May).
