Tajik parliament expected to discuss draft law on amnesty on August 24

DUSHANBE, August 18, 2016, Asia-Plus – President Emomali Rahmon on august 17 signed a decree on convincing an extraordinary session of Tajikistan’s lower house (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament on August 24, according to the Tajik president’s official website. The session is expected to discuss only one issue – the draft law on amnesty.
