The advisory council on the development and introduction of new technologies was established under the chairman of the city of Dushanbe. The council was headed by the Mayor of the capital, Rustam Emomali – a source in the city administration told AP.
he Council was established with the aim of using modern technologies with reasonable use, providing new technical conditions, increasing the efficiency of the executive body of state power in the capital, by creating information and communication technologies and providing assistance to its institutions and units.
The Council, in addition to the mayor, included all of his deputies, experts, scientists, deputies of the lower house of the parliament of Tajikistan.
