Khurshed Tolibov, the best Tajik bodybuilder, won the fifth place and entered the top five Asian athletes at the bodybuilding and fitness championship, which was held from 20 to 26 August in Seoul. The championship was attended by 40 athletes from Asian countries.
As the athlete told "AP" in this championship he performed in a weight of 75 kilograms, this is 10 kg more than his weight class. "I did not even expect to get to the final, because the rivals were very serious. I was shocked when I reached the final ", – shares his impressions Khurshed Tolibov.

Last year, at the World Championship Talibov finished sixth, while at the Asian Championships the bodybuilder also ended up in the Six.
Khurshed Tolibov is the best Tajik bodybuilder. In 2015, at the Asian Championships in Macao (PRC), he won a gold medal in the weight category of 65 kg. He became the first in the history of Tajikistan bodybuilder, who won first place in the Asian Championshipsи.
Khurshed Tolibov has repeatedly performed in the world arena and is often pretty good, taking fourth-sixth places. He is also a repeated winner of the championship of the republic.
In bodybuilding, judges assess the musculature of participants in the competition on the based of volume, aesthetic proportions, symmetry and balance, and also determine the bodybuilder with the most perfect body.
