An apartment on the third floor of one of residential buildings located in Dushanbe’s Zarafshon area caught fire Sunday afternoon. Fire crews rushed to the site and all residents of that apartment building were evacuated.
According to photos posted in social networks, several fire crews participated in extinguishing the fire. The apartment was reportedly destroyed completely by the. No injured was reported.
The cause of fire is under investigation, while according to one version, they fire may have been caused by electrical malfunction.
Meanwhile, the Main Fire Department at the Ministry of Interior has not yet commented on this accident.
