Canoeist Shahriyor Daminov has won bronze medal for Tajikistan at the 2019 Asian Canoe Marathon Championships, finishing third at a distance of 25.9 kilometers on October 19, according to Tajikistan’s National Olympic Committee (NOC).
It is the second medal grabbed by Shahriyor Daminov at the 2019 Asian Canoe Marathon Championships in China.
Recall, Daminov won silver medal for Tajikistan at the 2019 Asian Canoe Marathon Championships, finishing second at a distance of 3.6 kilometers on October 17.
19 athletes from 12 Asian countries reportedly participated in this discipline.
Two athletes – Shahriyor Daminov and Nourmuhammad Tohir – represented Tajikistan at the 2019 Asian Canoe Marathon Championships that took place in the Chinese city of Shaoxing from October 17 to October 20.
On October 19, Shahriyor and Nourmuhammad competed at the distance of 25.9 kilometers.
