Representatives of the Eurasian Development Bank and the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development visited the free economic zone "Kulyab" the press service of the EDB reports.
At a meeting with the management of the FEZ, the sides discussed the implementation of investment projects, which involve the construction of industrial enterprises using existing tax and customs incentives.
EDB representatives also met with the Mayor of Kulyab Abdukodir Valizoda to discuss projects approved by the State Committee for Ministries of Investment and the Ministry of Industry of the Republic.
FEZ "Kulyab" was established by the government decree in March last year. This is the fifth FEZ on the territory of Tajikistan.
EDB is a regional financial institution. The participating countries of this institute are Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
