Tajik president starts his working visit to Germany

Tajik President Emomali Rahmon arrived in I Berlin on September 28 to participate in the first Meeting of "Central Asia – Federal Republic of Germany" Heads of State, the Tajik president’s official website says.

The minister of foreign affairs, the advisers to the president for international and economic issues,  the minister of industry and new technologies, the minister of finance and some other officials.  

According to the Tajik president’s official website, it is expected that during this visit, Emomali Rahmon will participate and speak at the first Meeting of the Heads of State of "Central Asia and the Federal Republic of Germany" cooperation format, the Economic Forum of the Central Asian countries and Germany, and on the sidelines of these events, he will discuss bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany, the problems of the international community and other pressing issues with a number of high-ranking leaders of Germany.

As it was reported earlier, Emomali Rahmon will also hold negotiations with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
