A boarding house for the Gifted was opened in the Mirzo Tursunzade mahalla of Khovaling.
The hotel consists of 3 floors, 54 rooms, a conference hall with 50 seats, and a computer room. There is a separate heating system. The building area is 10,000 square meters.
More than 120 decorative evergreens have been planted around the building. A rest point for 40 people has been built in front of the building.
In the boarding house, students, along with rest and leisure, will be able to engage in various activities with the participation of teachers.

In Khovaling, the President visited the LLC “Obi Khovaling” apple and rosehip gardens, which has 16 hectares of garden and other cultivated lands. Grapes also grow on the farm's lands.
Farmers also cultivate apple trees, cherries, hazels, pears and rosehip in intensive gardens. The “Obi Khovaling” company also produces juices from apples and rosehip.

The administrative building of the district department of the Social Insurance and Pensions Agency was also commissioned in Khovaling.
The building consists of two floors, 15 classrooms, a library, a single window point, indoor and outdoor sanitary facilities.
A highway has also been laid from the main highway to the new building of the Agency's office.
