Software and hardware solutions distributor MONT TECH has signed a contract with MBCOM Technologies, which manages VMware's business in Africa, the CIS, Eastern Europe (except Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia), and the Middle East.  MONT TECH, with a portfolio that includes solutions from more than 250 vendors, has become the official distributor of VMware by Broadcom solutions in eight countries: Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.

MONT TECH partners and their customers gain access to the full range of VMware products, as well as expertise in implementation and qualified technical support.

In Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan, MONT TECH is represented by the company MONT Cloud.

VMware solutions provide virtualization and cloud computing technologies that allow companies to optimize IT infrastructure, create virtual machines, and manage cloud environments. These solutions help improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance data security.

MBCOM's senior channel manager Michael Wilson noted that MBCOM has successfully collaborated with MONT TECH for many years on Broadcom/Symantec product lines. He expressed confidence that with joint efforts, leveraging technical expertise, partner networks, and MONT TECH's extensive presence in the region, they will achieve good results in promoting VMware products.

Founded in the United States in 1998, VMware is a leading provider of virtualization and cloud computing software. In 2023, Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductor and software development, acquired VMware for US$65 billion, marking one of the largest M&A deals in the IT industry.

VMware's flagship product is the vSphere platform, which virtualizes a company’s computing infrastructure using virtual machines. VMware's innovative hypervisor technology allows multiple independent virtual machines with different or identical operating systems to run on a single physical server simultaneously.

VMware solutions are used across various industries and are suitable for both large enterprises and SMEs.
