This year’s contest for the Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarship was highly competitive, with 30 of the most deserving students selected from hundreds of applicants. These students demonstrated excellent Chinese language skills and an active approach to life.

The winners, students, and schoolchildren from various regions of Tajikistan, have been actively studying Chinese for several years and participating in cultural events and competitions. Each of them received a scholarship certificate worth 7,500 somonis.

The Chinese Ambassador’s Scholarship is not only a recognition of achievements but also an incentive for further growth.  With this award, young people will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Chinese language, culture, and history, opening new professional growth prospects.

At the award ceremony, Ambassador Ji Shumin congratulated the recipients and emphasized the importance of learning Chinese for strengthening bilateral relations.
