The summit concluded with a call for urgent humanitarian support to Lebanon and Syria, condemning Israeli aggression in these countries, and stressed the need for international protection for Palestinians while promoting unity within Palestinian leadership.

The communiqué tasked a ministerial committee with continuing efforts to end the aggression on Lebanon and mobilizing Global South actors to support peace initiatives in the region.
