In a notification sent to users via SMS, it is stated that the mobile application "My Tax" has been launched "to improve service quality, simplify access to tax information, and ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations." Every taxpayer must do this by tomorrow, April 11.
"The use of this application is mandatory for every taxpayer," the Tax Committee emphasized.
The Committee notes that if the application is not installed by the specified date, access to the "Personal Taxpayer Account" in the electronic system will be temporarily restricted. Access will be restored only after installing and activating the "My Tax" app.
"This measure is aimed at the development of digital services and ensuring the timely fulfillment of tax obligations," the notification states.
The Committee explains that the "My Taxes" app can be downloaded for free from Play Market (for Android) and App Store (for iOS).
How to install and activate the "My Tax" app?
To use the "My Tax" app, registration is required. If you already have a personal account on the website andoz.tj, you can log in using your username and password. If not, during registration, you will need to provide an active phone number and a code received by SMS. Then, you will need to enter your TIN (taxpayer identification number).
After this, your name, address, and other personal details will appear on the screen. You will only need to enter your email address and upload a photo with your passport (selfie, and passport photo from both sides). After completing the registration, you will receive an SMS with your login and password for access.
