The price for gas import in Kyrgyzstan may grow twice, Saparbek Balkibekov the Minister of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources said during the government’s session today.

Kazakh Prime Minister said at a meeting between the tax authorities addressing the performance of the tax bodies in the second half of 2008 that the Kazakh government has proposed to make a number of amendments to the Tax Code.

The meeting of the board held in the khokimiat (city hall) of Tashkent was devoted to the performance of the tasks outlined in the report of the President Islam Karimov delivered during the Cabinet of Ministers meeting on February 8.

Turkmenistan will buy 700 new Case tractors, 300 of which will be delivered by the end of March 2009.
